We will do our best to adjust to the conditions and keep you informed through the Ranger Stations at Windigo and Rock Harbor.
We do not accept deposits, full payment is required to confirm your reservation. Children under age 2, not occupying a seat, fly free of charge.
We accept every major credit card.

​Invoices must be paid within 24 hours of issuance. If we cancel your reservations for non-payment you will be charged a $25 change fee for rebooking.
Payment:
Passengers traveling together are required to book and pay for their travel on a single reservation to enhance our ability to keep the party together.
Customers who cancel 15 or more days prior to the flight will receive a full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. Customers cancelling 14 or less days prior to the flight will receive no refund. If Isle Royale Seaplanes cancels a flight due to safety/weather or any other reason, clients will have the option of a refund on the unused portion of their ticket, or a rescheduled trip at a later time. Rescheduled trips will be on a space-available basis. We will work with clients to find alternate transportation, but cannot guarantee success. ​
Changes to a reservation made at the customer's request after the invoice has been sent will incur a $25 change fee to cover added staff time. Any changes made by the company (weather/mechanical, etc.) will not incur a change fee.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
For 2025 we fly every day between May 18 and September 20.

Operating Dates:

Parking at the seaplane base is $8/day or $16/day for oversize vehicles.
Parking is paid upon arrival.

Day-trips are only available from Hubbell, Michigan.

National Park Service User Fee:
Each visitor to the park is required to pay the National Park Service $7 daily entrance fee for each calendar day visiting the island. The fee must be paid through the National Park Service. Click here to pay the daily entrance fee. All NPS passes are now honored.
